How do I register/pay for the seminar?
You may register online or by mail. You need to complete payment at the time of registration to secure your spot. We do accept purchase orders and will secure your place at seminar without upfront payment if this is the case. We also accept “walk-ins” if space is available. You may pay for the conference with Visa/Mastercard/American Express or Discover, check or cash. You will receive an email confirmation of your registration.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel for a full refund up to 7 full days before the seminar is scheduled. If it is less than 7 days before the seminar, you have the choice of a full refund (less a $25 administrative fee) or registration of another seminar. If you register and do not show up, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Can I have someone attend in my place?
You may have someone attend in your place. Please call us as soon as you know so we can ensure the correct CE certificate is printed. It is possible to notify us of a substitution on the day of the seminar, however a CE certificate may have to be mailed to the participant. The participant will receive a letter of attendance.
I require special accommodations (ADA) and/or diet restrictions, can you accommodate me?
Yes, we will work with you to meet your specific needs. Please allow us as much time as possible prior to the seminar regarding your needs.
Is lunch provided?
Lunch will be on your own. We will advise you of restaurants in the area if you choose to leave the seminar site. In some instances, food may be available on site for purchase. You may also bring your lunch. Coffee/Tea/Water and a light snack will be provided at the conference.
Is parking provided?
Parking is not validated or paid for by MMI. We take this extra cost into great consideration when evaluating sites for the conference. We will attempt to keep the cost as low as possible, however in large cities, cost tends to be higher.
When will I receive my CE certificate?
You typically receive your CE certificate at the end of the conference day. If you register the day of the conference, we may need to mail you your CE certificate, however you will receive a certificate of attendance.
Can I receive partial credit if I cannot attend the whole day?
We do not allow partial day CE credit. If you are late for the seminar, that time will be deducted from your CE hours as required by our certification body.
Does MMI offer a guarantee?
Yes, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the conference, we will work with you to make it right.
Does a seminar ever get cancelled?
We try our best to proceed with every conference as scheduled however at times there may be unforeseen circumstances such as weather, flight delays, speaker illness. If this occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible by phone and/or email. You will have the option of a full refund or registration of another scheduled seminar.
Can I get a copy of MMI’s W-9?
Yes, please contact us and we will email/mail you a copy.
When do your seminars start/end?
Typically our day seminars start with registration at 7:30 am and the conference is scheduled 8:00 am – 4:00 pm. Specifics on times will be printed in the conference brochure.
Can you come to present at my facility?
Absolutely! Please call our customer service representative for more information. We will discuss your group’s specific needs and put together a proposal. We are excited to work with you to bring the very best in medical/mental health education.
